We Opened in Orange Park in 2019 — Here's How Far We've Come

We opened our doors in Orange Park in December 2019, under the name Just Smash It, and News4Jax covered our opening that month. We're a family business, run by Shawn Miller alongside his daughter Taylor Turner and son Tyler Miller. Seven years later, we're still running, and we've grown a fair amount since that first opening.

How we started

Our original Orange Park space was small, about 2,500 square feet, and rage rooms were the only thing we offered. No axe throwing, no VR, no paint room — just the rage rooms and corporate team building sessions built around them.

The move that added everything else

In March 2020, we moved into a larger 6,200-square-foot building in Orange Park. That's when we added axe throwing, a VR arena, and the splash paint room to the lineup. Our rage room itself has also grown since the original space, with four paid upgrade tiers now available if you want access to bigger items like TVs, furniture, or appliances.

The move to Daytona Beach

In March 2026, GrowthSpotter reported that we were opening a second location in Daytona Beach, a 7,700-square-foot space at 607 N Atlantic Avenue, on the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Seabreeze Boulevard. Our owner told the outlet, "We looked in Orlando, but we just couldn't find a building that suited our needs there," which is how Daytona ended up being our second location instead. That location is open now, running the same four activities as Orange Park: rage rooms, axe throwing, VR, and the paint room.

Where we stand today

We currently hold a 4.8 average on Google reviews, with guests consistently mentioning our in-room Alexa speakers, our staff, and using sessions as a way to blow off stress with friends, coworkers, or family. What started as a 2,500-square-foot rage room in Orange Park is now a two-location operation spanning Jacksonville's western suburbs and Daytona Beach, with four separate activities under one booking system.
