Question 1

What is a Rage Room?

Accepted Answer

A rage room is a safe place where you can smash and break things to let out anger or stress. You do not have to clean up or worry about getting in trouble. It is a fun way to blow off steam with friends or coworkers.

Question 2

How much is the entry cost per person for a rage room?

Accepted Answer

A rage room session costs $44.99 per person. You get a private room for 30 minutes to smash things safely. Each person gets 20 small items, like mugs and plates, plus 5 medium items, like vases or small electronics. The more people in your group, the more items you get to break.

Question 3

How do I book my rage session online?

Accepted Answer

Start by picking a pre-made reservation or building your own. Pre-made options come ready to go with the player count and upgrades people book most, so you can grab one and move on fast. Building your own lets you pick your room, players, and add-ons one by one, priced as you go. Either way, if your room has requirements you'll acknowledge those first, then pick your date and time, add any extras, and enter your details and payment at checkout. That's it, you're booked.

Question 4

Can people with back pain or other musculoskeletal issues participate?

Accepted Answer

If you have back pain or joint problems, be careful before joining. Smashing items takes some physical effort and could make these issues worse. Talk to your doctor first if you are not sure it is safe for you.

Question 5

What are the age requirements for a rage room?

Accepted Answer

Kids under 13 can join with a parent or guardian's permission. A parent or guardian must also sign a waiver for any minor taking part. Call us if you have questions.

Question 6

What do I need to bring with me?

Accepted Answer

If you are 18 or older, bring a valid photo ID and the card you used to pay for your booking. A driver's license or passport works well. This helps us keep the check-in process safe and easy for everyone.

Question 7

What type of items do we get to break?

Accepted Answer

You get to break real items like glass cups, plates, bowls, and bottles. We also have small, medium, and large electronics, like speakers, DVD players, and TVs. If you want a bigger challenge, you can smash extra-large items like dishwashers. We pick every item to keep the smashing fun and safe.

Question 8

What happens to the items after we smash them?

Accepted Answer

Our staff cleans up and resets each room after every session. We check that everything is safe and ready before the next group comes in. You do not have to worry about the mess. Just have fun and let us take care of the rest.

Question 9

What are rage room upgrades and how do they work?

Accepted Answer

Upgrades give you extra items to smash during your session. You can add them to your booking at checkout. Pick the upgrade package that sounds the most fun and make your session even better.

Question 10

Are there any health conditions that could affect me from participating?

Accepted Answer

A rage room can be a great stress reliever, but it is not right for everyone. If you have a history of seizures, the flashing lights in the room could be a problem. If you have heart trouble, high blood pressure, or another health condition, talk to your doctor before you book a session.

Question 11

Is there anything specific I need to wear to the rage room?

Accepted Answer

Please wear closed-toe shoes, like sneakers or boots. We cannot allow crocs, sandals, or any open-toed shoes. We provide safety gear like suits, masks, and gloves for you. Wearing the right shoes helps us avoid any delays or rescheduling.
